Return/Refund Policy


1. Products sold are not refundable. 

2. We provide a full refund of shipping fees should you receive wrong items. However, if you would like to change your received order, the charges will not be covered.

3. Please ensure the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you
and is packaged properly. The product must not yet be used, tags shall not be tampered with,
and in the original brand packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

4. You may process returns/exchange your order through postage or walk in to our store. We are more than happy to entertain you.
